By accessing or using Stream Aligned ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Service description
Stream Aligned is a web-based application that helps engineering and product leaders visualize, analyze, and optimize their team structures using Team Topologies principles. The Service includes interactive mapping tools, a domain-specific language (DSL) editor, analytics dashboards, and AI-assisted analysis features.
Features marked as "Coming soon" are under active development and may change before release. We make no guarantees regarding the availability or timeline of unreleased features.
User accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Stream Aligned Ltd. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You retain ownership of all data and content you create within the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stream Aligned Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Stream Aligned Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by placing a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
